Is the plaque customizable?

That's the whole point!! You can choose your song, photo, and text to create a fully personalized piece.

Is the Spotify song code scannable?

For sure!!! It is specially made for you to enjoy and relive your favorite moment/song. You just need to open the Spotify app, tap the search button, then tap the camera icon in the top-right area. There you go! 

How long does it take to receive my order?

Usually production takes 1-3 business days. Once ready, delivery typically takes between 1-4 business days. We’ll always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Are the plaques scratch-proof?

Our plaques are made from high-quality plexiglass (acrylic), which is durable and crystal clear. While they are resistant to everyday wear and more resistant than normal glass, we recommend avoiding abrasivecleaning tools to prevent scratches.

Does the plaque break or crack?

Our plaques are made from high-quality plexiglass (acrylic), which is lighter and more shatter-resistant than regular glass. However, like any acrylic material, it can still scratch or crack if dropped or exposed to strong impact, so we recommend handling it with care. Unlike normal glass, plexiglass will not shatter into sharp pieces. It’s more impact-resistant, making it safer for everyday use.

How do I clean the plaque?

Kindly use a soft microfiber cloth and a mild soap solution. Avoid alcohol-based cleaners, as they may damage the surface.

Does the printed design fade over time?

No, we use high-quality UV printing designed to keep colors vibrant for years under normal indoor conditions.
